An MBA and Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University, Duncan spent nearly 20 years in the legal industry, culminating in a role as assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He joined Hydro in 2021 and heads the company’s upstream aluminum organization in the United States.
