Grete has a Master’s degree in civil engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU). She spent five years managing a prefabrication concrete-element contractor prior to joining Hydro, where she has had key roles in investment projects as well as R&D projects. She is project manager for the Hydro-led research project DARE2C.
