Frode has a PhD i mechanical engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. Prior to his current job with Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, he has enjoyed a long career in the aluminium industry in companies like Hydro, Benteler and Raufoss Technology. His primary focus has been product development and forming technologies involving aluminium extrusions.
